Get your free dispensary
marketing audit.

Tell us where to look. We'll send back a written report on what your marketing is getting right, and what it isn't, within 3 business days. No call required.

What we check

  • Your Google Business Profile: can customers actually find you, and does your listing work for you or against you?
  • Your menu in search results: when someone Googles a product you carry, do you show up at all?
  • Your social accounts (health and performance): what's working, what's risking a flag, and how you compare to nearby competitors.
  • Your sign-up capture: whether you're collecting the phone numbers and emails your loyalty program depends on, or letting them walk out the door.

What this is: a real report written for your store, not an automated scan, and not a sales call in disguise. Yours to keep whether we ever talk or not.

Takes about two minutes.

We use this only to build your report and to see how you found us. No spam, no selling your info, no obligation.

Why those four things, and not a forty-point checklist

A long checklist is easy to produce and hard to act on. These four are the ones that move money at a dispensary, and every one of them can be checked from the outside. That's why this audit needs no login, no access to your systems and no meeting.

Your Google Business Profile

Most people looking to buy cannabis today are looking for a shop near them, right now. That search lands on a map listing long before it lands on a website. If the hours are wrong, the photos are three years old, the categories are off or the reviews go unanswered, you lose the customer before your site ever loads. We look at what a stranger sees when they search for a dispensary in your town, and whether your listing is the one they pick.

Your menu in search results

Your menu is the biggest page you have and the one carrying the name of nearly every product you stock. The question worth answering is a simple one: when somebody searches for a specific product you sell, does anything of yours come up at all? We check what a search engine can actually see of your menu, and what that means for traffic you never knew you were missing.

Your social accounts

Two separate risks live here. The first is performance: whether your posts still reach anybody, and how that compares with other shops near you. The second is the account itself: cannabis pages get restricted and removed over things owners don't realize break the rules. We look at both, and we say plainly which posts we would not have published.

Your sign-up capture

Every text message and every email you will ever send starts with somebody handing over a phone number or an address. If that only happens at the counter, when the budtender remembers, then your most valuable asset is being built by accident. We check every place a customer could reasonably join your list (your website, your menu, your social profiles) and count how many of them actually ask.

Straight answers, before you fill anything in

Is it actually free?

Yes. No card, no trial, no credits. You get a written report and it is yours to keep whether we ever speak or not.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. The report arrives by email. There is a link to book a call if you want one, and it stays unused if you don't.

What do you need from me?

Your dispensary name and your website. Everything we look at is publicly visible, so there are no logins to hand over, we do not touch your point-of-sale, and we never ask for customer data.

How long does it take?

Three business days.

What happens after I read it?

Nothing you haven't asked for. The report is yours, there is no obligation, and if you would rather we didn't email again, say so and we won't.

What if I already work with an agency?

Then hand it to them. The report describes what anyone outside your business can see, which makes it just as useful as a to-do list for the people you already pay.

Do you only work with dispensaries in Colorado?

No. Green Spark Media works with licensed cannabis dispensaries in legal US states. The current case-study client happens to be in Colorado, but the work itself is not tied to one state.

Who writes the report?

Matthew Dobesh, who runs Green Spark Media. It is a one-person agency, so the person who writes your audit is the person who would do the work.

Or read what we would actually do, first

Some people want the report. Some want to know who they are dealing with before they hand over their website. Both are fine. Here is the whole thing, with nothing hidden behind a form.
